HOME IS NOT A PLACE..IT'S A FEELING

We used Danny Pucci to buy our first home and could have not been more grateful. As all of us buyers know the market has not been in our favor recently but that did not detour Danny from being positive and honest about the entire experience. After looking at 40+ homes Danny reminded us that we need to walk in and love it.  Words that ring true every time we walk into our home.

At the time we didn't have a huge down payment and were competing with other offers for our home BUT it was through the excellency that Team Pucci's reputation has in Durham that we were able to beat out all other offers and land our first home.

We cannot thank Danny enough for getting us our first home and appreciate how patient and positive he was. We felt like with other realtors we might have been forced to take what we could get but with Danny that was the complete opposite and I am so thankful for that because who knows where we would have ended up.
